Our Design Philosophy
CCH Design Inc. is a California based design firm know for the design of Residential Homes & Yachts. Every project is designed with our clients in mind, designing & creating the experience for the space we gather, live & love to call home.
Each project is different, every client is unique. We are constantly looking outside the box to deliver a design that focuses on the elements that have heart & functionality, timeless & integrity. We love contradiction, tradition, modern, old & new, and unexpected elements that all come together building the bones & character to tell a story – your story. Style isn’t about an era or trend, but an eclectic collection and expression of your life and a focus on the things we love.
We are a full-service design team beginning with conceptual, budgeting, planning, drawings, renderings, project management, purchasing & procurement all the way through the entire build process to the execution of installation of furnishings.

Cindy Holloway founded CCH Design in 2002 after successfully designing & building two unique homes. Schooled at Interior Design Institute in Newport Beach, she launched herself into the world of design by working as an independent contractor for Pulte Homes designing model homes in Orange County. Eleven years design experience, 7 years of project management, 14 years of boating, Publicly recognized for her interior design of the 92’ Paragon yacht – Endless Summer in Yachting Magazine (September 2007), and the experience of actually working closely with the entire team of Architects, builders, contractors, & sub contractors provides an excellent foundation for navigating her clients through any new, remodel, or simplest of design projects.
Born in California but raised in New Jersey, Vanessa graduated with a Bachelor of Arts & Science degree from West Virginia University, and later found herself back where she started; in Newport Beach California at the Interior Designers Institute where she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture. While getting her degree she started working as an intern at CCH Design, and now for the past 10 years she has continued with the company working her way up to Senior Designer.
Prior to coming to CCH Design, she has always had a passion for art and interior design. It has been a common thread since she was a young child helping in her grandmother’s antique store. It was where she learned to appreciate art, fine furnishings, and that the best pieces tell a story. It is this reason her design style focuses on the client’s needs and the story they want to create for their home.
